📦 We deliver across India
All orders are processed via WhatsApp. Once confirmed and payment received, we dispatch your order promptly.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are confirmed after payment is received
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- You will receive a WhatsApp update with tracking details once dispatched
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Bengaluru & nearby areas: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Karnataka: 3–5 business days
- Other states in India: 5–8 business days
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays or unforeseen events
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹999
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge may apply (confirmed at time of order)
4. Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address including PIN code when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and share it with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help resolve your concern fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product seal must be intact and unopened (except in cases of damage)
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Product has been opened and partially consumed
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling
- Customer changed their mind after receiving the product
3. How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91-9632656710 within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details, reason for return and photographs of the product
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid return label or pickup arrangement
4. Refund Process
- Once return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment source (UPI/bank account)
- You will be notified via WhatsApp when the refund is processed
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately after placing the order.
